About the NAARAP Blog

This is the official blog of the NGO Association for Agriculture Research in Asia-Pacific (NAARAP), an NGO consortium geared towards the reorientation of agricultural research for development (ARD) in the region.

The NAARAP blog provides updates on NGO initiatives in influencing the agricultural research agenda of official and international agricultural research institutions like APAARI and GFAR and promoting sustainable agriculture practices from Asian rural communities. The Asian NGO Coalition for Agrarian Reform and Rural Development (ANGOC) is the current secretariat for NAARAP.

Opinions and commentaries expressed in this blog do not necessarily reflect those of the secretariat and the NAARAP members.
